If you wish the customer to have a focus on the add to cart when they are visiting your product page on mobile, the theme has an option for the button to be sticky all the time at the bottom of the screen, like this:

It is found in the customizer by navigating to Product pages and then click on the click Product pages scroll down to Sticky add to cart, and click Enable.

You also have the option here to decide if you want the product title to be in the box and change the background of the box.
